Since I began my career designing and selling landscape projects the number one complaint that I have heard is that contractors will not call you back or take forever to return with their quote. I'm willing to admit that there were times in my past where I was guilty of this myself. In response this industry wide problem I am taking initiative by guaranteeing my response time to your estimate request.

For all projects, I will have your design and/or estimate prepared and ready for your review within 3 days of our initial meeting. We may not be able to match schedules and meet that fast, but if it's not ready for you within this deadline then dinner is on me. Your time is valuable and I respect that.
